The Energon Pub

Some of you have known this all along, but Takara Tomy has confirmed that the Seibertron.com Twincast / Podcast is indeed a true Masterpiece. G. Scotty P, Aaarnhide19 and Kuhlio conveniently ignore that the first sentence of this paragraph is a lie as they take a look at the latest big drop of Takara reveals. There's also plenty of time to opine about Optimus Prime: Awakening, which the cast definitely watched only in the official and intended manner. Definitely.

Episode #410 “We're the Masterpiece” is available directly and in our RSS Feed, and should appear on Apple Podcasts and many other Podcatcher sites within 24 to 48 hours of when you see this news post.

Here's what we discuss in this episode:

• MPG-27 is us

• Lots more from Takara's latest reveals including sharks, DALP, the latest web comic and more
• Welcome back, Kiss Players

• We discuss the recently released Optimus Prime: Awakening short and the new Bumblebee toy that's resulting from it
• The only thing wilder than the upcoming Wild King Superlink Prime is the intermediary fee we'll be paying to get one

• Listener questions give us plenty to think about, with a big slate of questions from Perceptor1996, Whiskeyjack46, and Starflayer
• Bragging Rights closes us out
• Until it doesn't! Takara Tony demands respect and takes us out at the knees, coming in at the last minute with foreign objects that make the Sentinel Prime pizza obsolete. Style Gen Megatron, Missing Link Headmaster Arcee, Overgear Grindor, AMT Star Saber, holy cow!

• Then we get back to Bragging Rights and finish things up. Phew.

Quick note on this one: I unintentionally lied about MPG-20's height. It's the same height to the top of the head as MP-28. The top of the spoiler goes slightly higher, which threw off my initial 3 second assessment made just before recording. Sorry!
