Personally, I think they should stop issuing convention exclusives in sealed bags. They never get displayed the way they are intended to be and encourage greed among online hoarders who hurt the hobby more then they help it.

People, especially reviewers live off of these auctions, they'll pay the high prices to be the first to review a figure. Banzai-tron isn't meant to be a 'Con exclusive, it's most likely retail and that's about it.

Could be, but that bag had to have come from somewhere. Look at the TFCC exclusive Breakaway. That came packaged in a BotCon bag. The only thing that leads me to believe it's not a BotCon exclusive in any way is the character in question. We just got a Banzai-Tron last year.
Perhaps Hasbro will be offering this guy at their booth? Pre-sale of sorts like Revenge of the Fallen toys from last year.
