Some collectors who like to keep the box had theirs sent with no outer box. It was straight up slapped with a shipping label and sent on its way. The first people to get theirs seems to be the only group to have theirs shipped like that, people like myself who got theirs a week later got theirs shipped in boxes with no trouble.
Mine came weeks after the first people to get theirs got theirs, and it too had the shipping labels directly on the box with no outer shipping box.

One theory I saw was that Prime members got the outer box (I did), but a buddy of mine just got the package art with a label on it (and doesn't have Prime).

Not exactly an accurate theory seeing as I don’t have Amazon Prime but got my set in a shipping box. :-?

That's why I said theory. With the extremely limited sample size, it made some kind of sense, but I didn't exactly adopt it. Don't know enough collectors to call that solid evidence.

Here is a link to ER Bluestreak on Amazon that can be used for email notifications and adding to a wishlist.

So even in the US he's going to be an Amazon exclusive? So much for Walgreens. So then who's the Walgreens exclusive?

Can you share how you did this? I tried to pull that off with my copy and I didn't like anything I came up with. Both airport modes and the robot mode are fine, but I didn't like the G1-style rocket base, plus it's not a good fit for Hothouse anyway.

I wish the gun was offset (and Selects Hothouse's gun wasn't painted black), but at least it can tilt up and down like the original.

Thanks so much! Not sure if I'll use it, but it's definitely a better fit for Hothouse than Airwave's default. My MM bases will probably spend most of their time in their city modes anyway.

I appreciate that you took the time to take pictures!

Well my Airwave made it to MO, getting slightly closer. Friday cant come soon enough. In other news. I guess we have our first official sighting of ER Wave 3 BM Doublecrosser yesterday.

I went to my closest Target this morning, and they were completely out of BM's, and the employee I asked said the next shipment is due Tuesday the 15th, so I am trying to figure a way I can take an early break from work, and run down there when doors open...I know there is no guarantee (It could be ER wave 1 or 2 again, or another Siege Wave for all I know)

Thanks for sharing this... I had started checking Walgreens.com.
I've passed on a ton of stuff from these two recent lines, but I'm really wanting this guy.

Bought me a Sky Lynx from Amazon Friday and got him Yesterday.

So first off, I LOVE this figure. Skyfire might still be *slightly* the better Commander Class, but SkyLynx is a solid entry and I dont regret paying basically retail for him at all.

My biggest gripe with OS's blast effects was how heavy the smoke effect was on them. I immediately gave all but the three small flare bursts to Supreme and he looks much better. Sky Lynx himself uses the three smaller bursts as thruster flames, but truthfully I am not a huge fan of the Blast Effects as a gimmick so no love lost there.

On fist inspection, I noticed what I thought was a seam around the cockpit windows. For a small moment I had hopes that you could open his cockpit and put a TitanMaster in side like you could Skyfire. You can't, its just the way the cabin is molded, but man that woulda been a bice nod to us if they had continued the Master playability now three lines later.

All of the joints are solid, and the ratchets are wonderfully appreciated. I have had two mushroom pegs slip off, that seems to be a growing issue with Hasbro's figures *cough*WheeljackElbow*/Cough* but they went right back in. I popped the lynx head off the ball joint by accident but that was 100% my fault. There is either a white plastic showing through or the side of the ball joint socket is stressed there. Hopibg its the former. Its not in an easy spot to see so I suspect its just a spot of unpainted plastic.

My only real gripe is the way the wings come to the shuttle body. The joint just does not feel natural right there. CW Sky Lynx pulled off some good wing joints, but this just doesnt quite hit the right notes. The wings themselves however are fine.

I thought I would never use the Dino Bird mode but I find myself posing it more than the combined robot mode. Its really grown on me.

I need to break out my DW Voltron combiner, the Lynx is BEGGING for some Voltron playmates.

I hope some 3rd party comes up with the rocket boosters for the Shuttle mode. Maybe something like DoubleDealer's missile for the big orange fuel tank and then something to do with the rockets just for grins and giggles. Double down on the space shuttle motif

On the topic of CW SkyLynx, I liked that he had the three tail design and that Hasbro took some liberties with the shuttle mode. Its cool that this one is licensed, but it makes for a blander look. My CW Lynx is using the G2 Aerialbots as the "Third Air Strike Division".

I finally got around to it, sorry it took so long. I also have a few more shots with my other bubblegum flavored Arcee figures. I'll add all the pictures I took to a dedicated post as to not bog this one down with a bunch of pictures. For right now though, it's a pic each of TR and ER Arcee together in robot and vehicle modes as well as a pair for Animated and Cyberverse Arcee. The last picture is one of ER Arcee with Weijiang Alcee mainly showing how ER Arcee should've handled her kibble to form a hoverboard or even a riot shield. The front center of the vehicle should've detached from ER Arcee along with the back as it does with Alcee. It could then collapse or fold up and over in some way as to hide the seats in the center with the windshield folding down to help accomdate. This way the hoverboard would have a front to it making it actually look somewhat like a hoverboard and not like the detached back half of a car like vehicle as it currently does. I might have to pick up a second ER Arcee and see if I can't somehow cut off the aforementioned hood piece and somehow attach it to the rest of the kibble like Alcee. I think just gluing the part onto where it needs to be for vehicle mode would work and it wouldn't need anything any fancier like added pieces. It should still be able to transform properly as well just now it will have the hood as an insect-like abdomen or coat tails not unlike Animated Arcee. The weapon storage slot for vehicle mode will slightly get in the way while cutting though but it doesn't look to be something that's too difficult to make happen.

We have news that Transformers Earthrise Battle Master class wave 3 has been found at US retail. TF fan Shark Jumper Daimao found them at a Target in Southern California. They were priced at 5.99. Cybertronian Doublecrosser is the only new toy in this wave, here are the full contents:

2x Soundbarrier
1x Slitherfang
3x Doublecrosser

If you have found them, share your sightings with our community in the sightings section and on our boards in your region related thread.

Why is Slitherfang shortpacked? He's the only one of these I want and I have not seen him yet

Probably because he was just released in wave 2 while Soundbarrier was wave 1 and under normal circumstances would be harder to find. Of course in reality they're all hard to find since Walmart doesn't sell them. I haven't found wave 2 at Target yet, but I was able to order a Slitherfang from Amazon, though it's shipping slowly (arrives Friday, ordered it last week with Amazon Prime, such is 2020).

My Target is full to the brim with Slitherfang and Rung. With as awful as distribution has been for Earthrise (3 1/2 months left in 2020, and I still haven't seen Wave TWO of Deluxes anywhere), I wonder if I'll see Doublecrosser at all.

My local Target got in one case of Earthrise wave 1 and then replaced it with wave 1 Siege Battlemasters after they sold out. Last I checked, around a week ago, there was nothing on the peg but Blowpipe and Lionizer. Going back today to see what's shown up, I only have something like 4 or 5 figures left that I don't have or have pre-ordered.

That's why I pre-ordered the entire rest of the line that I wanted, with the way things are going, I'm not going to risk missing out

This is a slitherfang repack, so he isn't shortpacked. He already appeared in Wave 2.

Well I was fortunate, the tip I got from the Target Employee on Sunday worked out. I scored Doublecrosser this morning. They got 2 cases, so 6 DCs, 3 Slitherfang (my first time seeing him), and 3 Soundbarriers.

Also on the subject of whole case shipments, it appears they got a whole case of Voyager Grapple. :-? There were 6 of them there this morning when there was none on Sunday, and I seriously doubt 6 Starscreams would sell out in less than 2 days.

*edit* went to report my sighting, and there is no space for Doublecrosser yet..oh well, I reported the others.

The original wave 1 voyager case was 2x Grapple and 1x Starscream, so in theory, they could have sold 3 screamers and left what you saw if they got 3 fresh cases. Or, they are shipping solid cases of Grapple now just to ensure someone is clogging the shelves since Megatron isn't until wave 3.

Now having Doublecrosser in hand, he is easily my favorite of the new Battlemasters. However I am coming to appreciate the engineering of all of them more and more, even the seemingly simple Soundbarrier. I know we are getting repaints (Sheeldron and *Red Slitherfang*), but now I wish more unique Battlemasters had been developed, it is a very fun concept. Here is just a taste, it is unbelievably frustrating knowing my Airwave is at the FedEx Center in the next town over, I could drive there in 10 minutes, but my package isn't scheduled to arrive until Friday??? I really want to show what I have planned for a TF City.
