The Comic-con 2010 website has been updated with a description the Transformers Designer's panel:

Will they hand out special codes at the panel, that unlock the 3 retailer exclusives?

I'm fairly certain that's what the DLC entails along with a couple new game types and maps. Possibly a small assortment of other characters as well.
