trailer- its sad when FP does it better.

Why does Hasbro keep changing the voyager OP? Movie 1 or ROTF/HFTD version would have been better than that thing! After watching the new trailer this is an epic fail. Where are the Jetfire engine boosters, the huge cannons, swords? What is up with the forearms, look like the big "backpack" that hangs off movie 1 voyager.

I just hope the TF: Prime figures look better than this. Things were looking so good until this abomination today.

A couple of things:

1. I am curious of the actual size of the figure it self. Someone brought up the the possibility that it might be a slightly bigger than deluxe figure. Definitely would like to know and see if Hasbro is really sizing down its line.

2. The robot mode looks good except the arm kibble kills it for me. But at least the transformation looks like an ode to the G1 figure

3. I am wondering, if in combined mode, is it the same as the jet powered powered prime featured in the teaser and if the "butterfly" wings are removable.

The only surprise is that it doesn't have monkey arms.

Wow, Prime has quite a big reefer trailer. A third of that trailer should be devoted to ice cream or Coca-Cola

Some days you're the windshield and some days you're the bug. THIS is one over-sized, over-priced bug. Somebody please, break the mold for this figure and then have the mold-maker flogged repeatedly. It's safe to assume that most of the fandom can now feel officially insulted by Hasbro.

Truck, Monkey or Butterfly?

He definitely is reminiscent of RID Magnus, but he also makes me think of Armada Prime combined with his trailer, especially the gold pieces above his head remind me of the crests on Armada Prime's head.

Also, the new hands and new feet in combined mode makes me wonder if there's an alternate head that is not being shown. There probably isn't, but it would look more proportional if there were...Oh, and where are the launching projectiles mentioned in the description? He looks to be missing those.

Of all the figures I was holding out hope for, this was it. Maybe I'll snag it just for the truck and trailer mode. On clearance.

I would have rather them release the Prime with Jetfire parts trailer than this one. This one looks ok in vehicle mode but the ultimate mode just does not do anything for me.

Any word on his size class? Seems like a Voyager-Leader, because when he doesn't have his armor on, he looks Voyager-ish. And a price too? Hopefully not expensive. I think what Prime did between ROTF and DOTM is that he took Jetfire's remains and turned it into the trailer. Now that's recycling!

I'm willing to bet that is not leader class. And the trailer merging mode sucks. Hate the wings. Take it back to the drawing table guys.

Looks like I'm not the only one getting an RID Magnus vibe from this. I don't think it's as bad as everyone's saying. The Movie line's given us much worse crap than this:

Scalpel, Wheelie, Fast Action Battlers, the Twins, Jetfire, the Einstein Bot, Ironhide (I hate his head), Dead End (another crap head), Starscream, the Kitchenbots.

Wow. I'm guessing this was the powered-up-Prime we saw in the super bowl trailer. Sure looked a hell of a lot better in the super bowl trailer. If this thing is really 80$ they need to at least paint the stripe on the side of Prime's trailer.

I'm guessing this is the jetpack we saw in the SuperBowl Commercial?.........

Hmm... I he had just a little less articulation he'd be a good revamp of Apex Armor Powermaster Prime.

Some thoughts...

The 'upper' wings (the bottom panels of the trailer's sides) look like they can fold straight back (check the hinges in the rear-view pic). If they have a good range of motion up-and-down, they can be put out of view reasonably well - but of course, if they can be angled down in line with the other wing panels, they might look reasonable anyway. Additionally, if those hinges allow those portions of the trailer to fold back 180' from where they start, that would suggest the trailer can practically turn inside out (presumably for the battle-deck mode) - yet, it doesn't look like the other trailer panels can fold forward or back, leaving me quite curious as to HOW they transform at all.

The 'antennae' are attached to Prime rather than the trailer - Counterintuitive? I think so. Relevant? I don't know.

I know a lot of 'blank space' is there for the mech-tech items to be added on, but I have this strong feeling that there are certain accessories missing. It lacks the jet engines from the teaser (which seem unlikely to come with someone else), and the description of it as an armory would really make you think some weapons are included.

Anyone else think the wheels look like they actually have rubber tires?

I would hope there are more paint apps coming for the trailer, but what we've seen so far lowers my expectations in that regard.

Depending on how the combat deck looks, and its size, I'd be interested to see how the hitch is made and whether it might mesh with with Classics Prime.

Wasn't there a listing for a Voyager class Prime w/ Trailer? As in, a Prime with Trailer that was priced at $20 altogether? I assumed that would be made very much like DotM Megatron, but I have to wonder if it will be a scout class prime with a transforming trailer - a scaled down version of this toy - maybe to tie in with the Cyberverse figures.

I'd like to see the other modes for the trailer. The arms on Prime really disappoint me.

Oh please let this be the Voyager+ one with trailer, and not be the Ultimate version.

The Ultimate's supposed to be a remolded ROTF Leader Op plus combining trailer. Worth nearly $100.

This cannot be it. This clearly is not a remold Of The Leader Class figure.

I would expected a true "ultimate" movie Prime to be the ROTF leader (or some re-engineered version of it) with a trailer-or better yet, Buster Prime with better paint-app trailer as MPM-03. This is a big step back as far as the figure is concerned and a really big letdown!

What is it with Hasbro and scale? I've long accepted that some TF's aren't in scale with each other, but OP's alt mode doesn't even look in scale with it's OWN TRAILER.

Unless DOTM has OP altering his transformation, those front wheels do NOT belong on his arms. His bot mode looks a little too gaunt and out of proportion compared to the near-perfect masterpiece that is ROTF Leader Class OP. Even ROTF Voyager outclasses this thing by a few rungs.

Pass on this, and hoping for a leader class DOTM OP that does justice to Optimus.
