MP Prime. I was actually gonna pass on this, but if I see it at TRU and it is at a reasonable price, it's mine.

so many things to be happy about, but in the end the TFCC stuff wins it for me. it was very close with all of it though

The news that there will now be Voyagers in the Generation line, which gives me hope for Grimlock and the other Dinobots.

This was a tough one since I'm really digging the FoC Bruticus SDCC box set. But I'm going to have to go with TFCC's six reveals. I normally don't like TFCC toys (bar SG Cyclonus and Airazor, they've all sucked IMO), but damn, they really nailed these exclusives. Slipstream finally gets a toy (likely the ONLY toy we'll ever get of her) using a very fitting mold. We FINALLY get Scourge deco of the RTS Laser Prime. Depth Charge is really nice too, though I think Cyclonus with a remolded head would have been better. Breakdown gets us that much closer to finally having a Classics Stunticon team assembled (PLEASE make Deadend using Generations Jazz!). Plus, Ultra Mammoth is epic in and of itself just because they actually went THAT far back into the mold archive!

Yea, I'm pretty excited for those four. The other two...meh...

SDCC, for bruticus. I probably won't even get it, cause I like the neon look just fine. I still think it's a really cool thing to do. It wouldn't be bruticus without multiple decos of him.

There's good and bad in them all. The Club Exclusives have some nice figures, but I doubt I'll sign up for them because it really does seem to be the Official Transformers North American Collectors Club, not a worldwide thing, and I get screwed enough by Hasbro for being outside America as it is.

MP Prime is one I'll probably get if I see him at retail here, but I don't crave him. I do like FOC Soundwave and his minions, in theory, but in reality, Laserbeak is the only really nice one, and the original WFC Soundwave looks just as good as this one. That FOC Insecticon is a mess. Maybe if I see it transformed into a thing, instead of a mess of parts, I might change my mind. Maybe.

SDDC Cliff isn't all that, but it is a cool case. Not really my thing so I'll pass without any concern. Bruticus being in the nicer colours for the really difficult to get a hold of Convention Exclusive just grinds my gears. I might be able to persuade someone to pick one up for me, but I'm not sure it's all that likely.

Easily MP Optimus Prime- I have had one of these on hold at a local shop (until recently) and I have wanted to add this to my collection for a while now and right after I decide $300.00 isn't worth it they reveal the American version with not only Prime but HIS TRAILER!!!!!!!! As some have stated I will be waiting at TRU for the doors to open when this is released. Bravo Hasbro and thank you!!

Anything Generations. 'nuff said.

Maybe Soundwave and Soundblaster are both getting released closer together so the 'Bot and 'Con sides will be more balanced when the Dinobots come out.

I was excited about MP-10 hitting the US with the trailer, but TFCC made things awesome with the subscription.

What's sad though is that I'm only excited about the subscription because I know FunPun is going to have this backfire in a beautiful way that will top the 2012 fiasco. I can't wait to see the chaos that will ensue.

MP Optimus Prime everything else doesn't interest me.

What's the release date for MP Prime? I gotta get pepped for that. I'm really digging the new TFCC exclusives, but I'm not sure how that's supposed to work.........

Based on passed Hasbro releases I would say Summer 2012.

As for the topic, Masterpiece Prime. I've wanted one of these for quite awhile now but didn't think I could afford it. Now I will be able to!

TFCC Exclusives - Already decided to let the club go, and the figs have NO draw for me at all.
FOC Toys - May go for Shockwave and Jazz, but that's it. Everything else looks bleh.
MP Optimus - Too expensive and I don't collect MPs anyway. Plus having another Prime in my collection just sounds sickening.
SDCC Exclusives - Those tend not to be interesting no matter what they do, and this time is no exception.
Other - I recorded ALL of Transformers Tataki for my YT channel... I'm burned out on all TF gaming! Third Party stuff all sounds kinda neat, but not neat enough. Dinobot month? I'm out!

Seriously, it looks to me like I might be taking a year off from official TF spending, the reveals were all so underwhelming. Probably for the best, I'm already short on shelf space and I still have a butt-load of crap in their boxes yet to get rid of.

Wait your making me choose?. That's not right I liked pretty much everything revealed this year. I however voted for FoC reveals because I finally got what I've always wanted. A voyager Soundwave that comes with minions and I don't even care that he's not a Tape Deck.

Slipstream, no question. Scourge and Depth Charge are also pretty awesome, but I would totally be content with just Slipstream.
