HMW's Next Bot Savior: Round 1A - Autobot Ground Commander
Posted: Tue Oct 16, 2018 11:46 amThis will be a multi-round contest to find the next Autobot Savior since AZ is awol & Alldarker usually cbf to even play let alone post. If they come back and the title has already been claimed well then they'll have to re-enter the process to get it back (instead of just yelling at each other like last time) 
The first step in the process is to qualify as an Autobot Ground Commander ( name used without Jack's permission or blessing but I won't tell him if you don't )
To do that you simply have to:
Post 25 mission logs where one of your Bots either
- struck the killing blow ending the mission
- scored the highest score of ALL characters involved
- lead a group of lower levels to victory
The tricky bit is they all have to be within 2,500 missions of each other. (Roughly 5 days)
This will be a rolling competition so it doesn't end when one person completes it and people can enter at any time.
Simply create a post indicating you wish to compete and then update it with your mission logs as they come in. When you complete the objective write another post to get my attention for counting and as long as everything checks out you will be added to the list of Ground Commanders and eligible to compete for another rank (once they're finalized) and eventually Autobot Savior.
(Please note this is just a bit of fun, the titles don't really mean a thing, just earned bragging rights or a way to show involvement with the faction as a whole)
I'm bringing back an old idea from yesteryear. Any time you earn one of these title you will also win a ribbon that can be added to your sig if you so desire (I volunteer to help you out with that if you don't have the ability to do so yourself).
This is the generic Ground Commander ribbon
But when you complete the requirements I'll make you one with your score (ie the number of missions it took you to complete everything) added on
Certified Autobot Ground Commanders
Wingz - in 176 missions
ThunderThruster in 303 missions
Optimus_Prime007 (second) in 529 missions
Bun-Bun - in 624 missions
S.o.L. - in 688 missions
Absolute Zero in 752 missions
sumowrestler - in 883 missions
Raphael Prime in 955 missions
Optimus_Prime007 - in 1,912 missions
Dragonslayer in 1,966 missions

- (definition: a mission where the Bots won, you survived, and there were at least 2 Bots of lower level in there with you, none of a higher level and no more than 1 other at the same level)

- (for example: If your first claimed mission is #96000 then the rest of your claimed mission have to be before #98500)
