Ganondorf rides that line. Looks awesome. Light as hell and next to no articulation.

It's hit or miss with them figures. LIke that link I have is figma quality. The Samus they make, isn't.

One of the wind waker sets is boxed and is double sized. Link is still dressed like he was on Onset island.

I'm having a hard time finding it online. Seen it at both KMart and TRU.

No game OR AC adapter. Luckily, I bought 3 adapters on the cheap from the Nintendo store online. Refurb but who cares!! And the vertical charging dock!

BAH, humbug on that. Guess I will keep hammering at Bravely Default then... grind grind grind - I'm bummed I'm about to lvl cap another job and then I have to either stop getting job points or pick a weaker job class.

Level caps are no fun; one of the nice things about Diablo 3 - no upper limit

But I had a good reason, I was converting mom in law's tub insert to a walk in shower so she can use it...and that is done

The shower is looking good. I've got a busy weekend of finishing our murphy bed project ahead of me. We got double the stalkage going on with the ol instapeep!

I took a silver sharpie to CW Prowl's stark white shotgun. I took a pic this morning for DMax and figured I'd share the results here as well.

That looks amazingly good! I can't believe it's magic marker.
I kind of like the white bits you couldn't get to.

Thanks on the shower, I actually put a most of the finishing touches on this evening...whew!

I did see that pic of the Murphy bed, nice! You doing that just to obtain more storage or because you need space to play dance dance revolution?

The ole instapeep has quickly become an addiction for me... It's sooo instant gratification.

I got all my new crew grouped together and setup the ballin' bot booth and lights for some "WOK covergirl! Do yo thing!" tomorrow.

Actually we used to throw some pretty raucous Rock Band parties. It's a shame interest for that died down. Nah need more room for a guest bed. The Mrs. works from the house sometimes and the bed migrates to my TF room. Can't have that you know

So you guys like my "customs" eh? I got a little more sharpie specials for you. I want to get a fine black marker and fill in the blanks on Prowls gun. Actually I think I'm coming down with the customizers bug. I'm thinking about getting some paint markers or gundam markers (as I've found seems to be the thing) to wet my whistle.

Remember them brick formers I picked up? I wanna say they are called Tenkai Knights or something. Well one of them had a really dope gun, but it was just boring dark transparent plastic. Sharpie to the rescue. And what do you know, it just happens to fit in Mini Mags hands just right! You can see the original color in the last pic of the gun handle. It could probably use a black wash, but I don't think I'm up to that yet.

Also gives me a chance to show that Prowl gun "repaint" compared to Streetwise's stock model. Prowl's gun in his right hand, BTW.

I picked up Gen Rattrap a few weeks back and really just haven't had time to snap a pic. I'm not a beast wars guy, but I do like the RID comics. I love how Rattrap is Starscream to Starscream. Bonus, he's a really cool figure and I'm quite happy with him.


I went non standard transformation on his backpack. I think it looks good.

I love me some discount store hunts. I'm a cheap bastardo! Found this fun time bot for half off retail. I've been pining for one for sometime now and it was my birfday, yup I caved and nabbed him. I need to create a cool video with him and some TFs and youtube it.

Let's end this long ass post on something most random, but possibly quite awesome. TMNT! I've had these "baby" turtles for sometime now, but stumbled onto their sensei on clearance at TRU. Instabuy!

Well this is what's been keeping me busy for the last few weekends. We need a little more space so we decided our guest bed should fold up. I like things that fold up! Bought ourselves some instructions and then went crazy at the hardware store.

Phase 1: Acquisition and Prep

So it took a couple months to get all the parts, make all the cuts and drill all the holes (and get my lazy ass to do any of it). So here is the end result of that; a bunch of disparate pieces of wood.





Phase 2: The Cabinet

Built the cabinet that it all folds up into last weekend. Not really much to say about it really, other than it is rather quite large. Stands 7 foot tall and 5 foot wide, not to shabby.



Phase 3: The Bed Frame

Let's be honest here, it looks like I built a pallet. I could have just gone and nabbed one from behind a grocery store and saved myself the trouble, eh?



Phase 4: Combiner Wars

This was the cross my fingers and hope all the measurements are correct part. I probably got really lucky here. I shall call it Bedicus!



Phase 4.1: Sneak Peek

I'm whooped and had a little surprise catch the weight of the entire beast with my chest moment while attempting to adjust the tension spring. I'll probably be bruised tomorrow and I'm calling it quits for the night. But I did snap a pic of what it will look like when finished (still needs to be painted and a little trim work).



Phase 5: Let's get Mechanical

Next Weekend...

Hook up the tension spring and adjust. Install and test gate latch. Install various stops and safety bits (attach to wall to avoid another surprise attack).
