Did HasTak get the update toy sizes correct for Galvatron, Scourge and Cyclonus?
Do you agree that the HasTak Deluxe toy size is the correct size for Classsics-Generations Cyclonus, Scourge and Galvatron?
If HasTak a few years from now. Were to create newer Generations toys for these Characters in the Voyager toy sizes. Would you consider this toy size too big and the wrong toy size?
Are you satisfied enough with the Classics-Generations Deluxe toy size. To not need Masterpiece bigger toys sized versions of G-1 Galvatron, Cyclonus and Scourge?

To aid in the discussion, here's the official scale guide:

With that, I say the toys don't deviate too much, Cyclonus is shorter and Scourge is taller. It pretty much works out for me.

Nope. Galvatron should be roughly a voyager. I'm ok with the other two as deluxes, regardless of "official" scale.

Totally different areas of collecting.

Nah, I'd be ok with it. Might be a little big for Scourge in the scheme of things, but I don't think it would be "too" big. Might help his vehicle mode scale a bit more logically to the Autobot cars from Classics and Universe 2.0.

To make things a bit easier.
Lets just say, HasTak in 2016 created Three Generations Voyager sized update toys for G-1 Cyclonus, Scourge and Galvatron. Would you buy them? Would you consider them too big and not buy them?
If HasTak were to create Masterpiece G-1 updates toys for Galvatron, Scourge and Cyclonus in the same exact MP seeker toy sizes for all three. Or in the same exact MP-10 robotheight size for all Three. would you buy them? Would you consider them too big and not buy them? Would you, Not buy them due to the Deluxe Generations toys versions being the correct only toy size you'll ever need?

these guys turn into a jet, a gun thingy and a...boogie board? none of them have scales. You're thinking of the Dinobots. Or possibly Reptillion.
assembling a Neo-G1/TF:TM cast. Please PM if you have (or know of) the following at a reasonable price: Classics or Henkei Astrotrain, Sunstreaker, Sideswipe, or 3rd Party iGear Ratchet and Ironhide.
Also looking for Universe Repugnus and Overbite, Frostbite and Longhorn and any Webdiver toys.

Galvatron needs a new toy. I think I would've liked the modern tank version IF it had been released as a voyager as it has apparently been intended. The other two are fine.
If HasTak make a new voyager-sized Galvatron to go with Megatron et. al. I would buy it in a heartbeat (yes, I'm aware of the 3rd party offering, but I do not like it)

Galvatron would of been nicer at a voyager size (Hasbro a current IDW voyager Galvatron please!) but I quite like his deluxe, if his turret arm didn't fall off during transformation I would like it more
. As for the others, deluxes are fine.
Guess I'm one of those people that are easy to please.

MKall,Would you consider buying MP TF toys of G-1 Galvatron, Cyclonus and Scourge?
My Ideal MP toy sizes for G-1 MP Cyclonus and Scourge would be to match the toy sizes of the HasTak MP Seekers.
A G-1 MP Galvatron toy, I wouldn't mind in the MP seeker toy size. But my ideal MP toy size would be for the MP Galvatron robot mode to match the robot height of MP-09 and MP-10.

Surprised to see that official scale guide, maybe this is just me but I always felt Galvatron should be Voyager scale with deluxe class Cyclonus and Scourge. Inspired in no small part by this:

Naw, we need a leader sized Cyclonus with a cockpit that can hold Galvatron so he can drive him around like in the animated movie!
Edit: Never Google "Galvatron inside Cyclonus" without safe search on. Gonna go burn out my eyes now.

No, I quite like the "Universe 2008" mold of Galvatron too. It's not really that complicated to transform once you practice it a few times. It IS true that his left arm likes to pop off if you so much as look at it the wrong way, and there are other weird tolerance issues with getting it to snap together the way you like, but it's also got a LOT of clever stuff going on in the transformation as well. I recently picked up the "Decepticons: Specialists" three pack, and I must say that is THE best paint job for that Galvatron mold yet, AND mine has excellent quality control, the best of any version I've had yet (no arms popping off, no tolerance issues, tight joints, etc.). Deluxe Galvatron gets a lot of hate, but I still like it. And yes, the way he scales with deluxe Cyclonus and deluxe Scourge is almost perfect.

My Classics collection is split into two scales so if voyager versions of these characters came out I'd add them to the large scale shelf.

I think Cyclonus and Scourge are the right size, but not even close to right for Galvatron. He seems small even for a deluxe (of that time frame anyway) and I'm pretty sure he was designed as a voyager then not properly redesigned when they decided to make him a deluxe. Which would partly explain why the figure sucks so hard.
The smaller version of Energon Megatron (from the two pack with deluxe sized Energon Optimus) is about the size I would expect a proper Galvatron to be (if you ignore all the wing kibble).
