I always liked "Webworld" simply because Galvatron is so enjoyably mad and seeing him go to therapy is hilarious.

That first mini-series. A total classic, it is. Fire on the Mountain, SOS Dinobots... hell, I love pretty much all of season one. Season two's got Desertion of the Dinobots, the Golden Lagoon, the Gambler, the Master Builders, Masquerade off the top of my head.
Not caring about scale since 1984. Just like Hasbro.

Dark Awakening. Just an amazing episode from start to finish. And that line towards the end "Monsters. They made me a weapon, to destroy the very ones I loved in life. But you will save them, Rodimus...Prime."

Tough one. Uhm... In no particular order: Blaster Blues, Megatron's Master Plan, A Plague of Insecticons, Dweller in the Depths, Webworld (yeah, fun stuff), Dark Awakening and The Return of Optimus Prime.

Desertion of the Dinobots because it was the first time that we got to explore Cybertron in any detail. The scenes where Spike and Carly learned about Cybertron's history was pretty cool too.
Megatron's Master Plan - because it was such a ridiculous idea and ahead of its time with it's anti-media message. DON'T BELIEVE WHAT YOU SEE.

Re: Favorite G1 episode/s?
I liked "Desertion of the Dinobots", but for a different reason.
Although it may not be my favorite G1 episode, I like how it showed how powerful the Dinobots are, when they kicked the asses of the whole Deception forces.
The only thing is that whenever the Dinobots face Devastator, they get overpowered.
What's with that? Then what's so great about them?
All the Decepticons need to do is sick Devastator on them.

With a terrible cartoon that's got a lot of bullcrap in it, G1 did have a few decent episodes. "War Dawn" is a great one for exploring G1 Optimus Prime's origins. I did also sort of like "Auto Beserk," considering Red Alert was a great character back then. "Megatron's Master Plan" was the first time Megatron had half a decent plot to foil the Autobots, and I'm glad it fleshed out over two parts. Everything else was pretty much awful or forgettable.

Re: Favorite G1 episode/s?
"Triple Takeover" and "Webworld"
Triple Takeover focuses on relatively minor Decepticons enacting ludicrous schemes like building a gigantic maze (in which its own builders get lost in), converting regular trains into drones, and hiring a football coach as a second in command, while giving us golden moments like Scrapper making a chair out of Autobots, Blitzwing threatening to splatter a human's brains all over the walls, and of course Starscream telling us he's stupid, he's stupid! And to top it off there's a big Decepticon brawl in the end, with others betting on the results. What's not to love?
Webworld is another Decepticon-focused episode, and the whole plot revolves around the leader's insanity (something that's typically just quietly ignored). Galvatron is so crazy Cyclonus decides he needs medical help... which results in an entire planet 'catching' Galvy's madness. That's just awesome!

Webworld was funny, and disturbing indeed. One of my faves (including the animation part)

Re: Favorite G1 episode/s?
My all time favorite has to be "Fire on the Mountain" for the character interaction between Starscream and Thundercracker, plus Brawn with whoever.
Second runner up would be episode 3 of the Ultimate Doom. We got to see more of Cybertron, Shockwave and some generic seekers, plus more Skyfire which was always a good thing.

seems clear the 6 combined constructicons are more powerful then 5 individual dinobots.

I want to know why Optimus Prime said, "Dinobots, destroy Devastator" in the animated movie when the Dinobots were obviously no match for Devastator in "Heavy Metal War".

it was in Dinobot island that the dinobots defeated ab large number of cons.
that never happened in Desertion of the Dinobots",
