Thanks to your fellow Seibertronian BeastProwl we may have our first glimpse of Deluxe MechTech DOTM Mirage/Dino. The image was found while browsing lowyat.net. A member there has posted an image of what appears to be Deluxe MechTech Mirage/Dino. The picture cut off the figure's name, but it clearly appears to be red Ferrari. You may recall earlier this month several new Deluxe listings appeared on Walmart.com, one of which was labeled TRANSFORMERS MV3 DLX EUROPEAN SPORTS CAR. The image has been mirrored below.

thanks for posting this! hopefully, in the future, i'll leaarn to post on my own. I still think he kinda looks like mudflap a bit in the chest, and no swords, plus his whole bot mode on box, and the doors look new, course i can never see him well in trailers, so heres to hoping theres more pics in the future!

Why is there a full picture of Mudflap on the bottom left >.>...? The ferrari alt mode looks nice.Let's just hope the bot mode looks awesome.

Looks quite suspiciously like Clasics Sideswipe with some cleaver cover up. That's mudflap on the package of all things......

i am pretty sure the robot on the packaging is not mirage.
i say this because mirage didn't look like anything like that on the videogame or trailer.

and i am soooooooooooooooooo going to get him!

Mudflap is hiding Mirage's actual box art, its not the final thing.

Packaging is questionable, and possible a test shot, but the figure and weapon look legit.

I think its a KO... these could very well be some other transforming red card they slapped in there. And i recently came across a KO of dotm BB in red ... called cliffjumper :shock:

SO not saying it's 100% KO ... but untill we get a bot mode.... (:|

Unless. they did away with the 5mm HOLES and now have tabs.... see how there are 2 slits on the roof and a flat protrusion as the gun handle... Either hasbro is changing their mechtech system... or this is another reason im leaning towards KO on this

ya i see, but i see no reason why hasbro would change the system so quickly without a reason, and how could a ko be produced without having the base figure itself?

i say it is a test shot either that or a very bad KO mold.

Dont look down on KOs... really i have seen a KO of an awesome transforming airbus A380.... There are many talented and "free" people. :lol:

is it just me or does it look bigger than the current DOTM deluxes? Looks like its classics size not DOTM small. It also looks like where the faction symbol would be the robot head is there instead and where the head is on the current DOTM boxes theres a picture of the entire robot. And how convenient the name is cut off.

I'm an old time site visitor. I just have to join up after seeing this pic of the toy in question. This is a Bootleg Toy with DOTM packaging. The figure is all over in our bootleg market areas/places. This is the reason why the name was cut off.

Just wanted to add, there are now Bootleg/KO DOTM packaged(fake out). Most molds are belonging to TFTM/ROTF legends toys. They were just up sized to deluxe size. Each toy is then given their solid weapons (no fancy flips, solid ..as in solid one piece and no mechtech or anything fancy)

Each toy fig has an average price of about $2 to 3 USD

Well, it looks pretty similar to the Mirage in the new DOTM game.

There doesn't appear to be a MechTech port on the top, but maybe they're on the sides.

This doesn't look real. I suppose I would be able to believe that Mudflap is on the packaging because it's a mock-up, but the figure itself doesn't seem right. It looks bigger, and too plain and low quality. I also hope that the real thing would have clear windows. The MechTech weapons looks too small, too. It also looks exactly like this "Distortion Android" KO I think I saw on TFW2005.

Definitely an upsized Legends, but which one? A quick look at the galleries here doesn't seem to bring up a match (don't think any other TF breaks up the windshield), and the car mode is a LOT like the actual Ferrari... could it actually be Mirage/Dino?

Somebody buy this thing, transform it, and share the photos! Ah, if only I knew where to get these things.
