The extra truck parts turning into a cannon and the way the chest decals give the impression of a flat-nose truck's front are pretty darn clever. He does seem slightly "Megatron cosplaying as Cranstart"-ish, but just a swap of differently colored legs and smokestacks would fix that up.
I just can't get over the cannon. I'd totally steal it if I did the microchange thing.
