Dumb Question, How do you add a sig to you account As in a picture sig, as i don't know how to. thanks

Short answer:
Go to your profile page (Members link at the top of the page) and click (Edit). Scroll down to the signature box and use this code:
... replacing the fake URL here with the real URL of your image, obviously. You'll need to have the image hosted somewhere on the web, such as ImageShack or Photobucket.
