Alt-mode issues

Weapon: Twin Sonic Cannons
With 1040 different altmode images to deal with, it's entirely within the realm of possibility that I've mis-sorted one or two, or mis-matched the large and small images.

If you come across any of those types of errors, please let me know. I'd like this to be a simple reporting thread. I don't want this to become mired in a "this alt should be in this class" discussion. Please only post such things if there is a real issue, such as a T-Rex being a small flying animal. We can get to discussions later.

Only comment I have is maybe separate them into groups a little better, kinda like they were in the forum lists in the altmode thread. It's hard searching through the different groups the way they are.

Edit: Also a question rather than bug, but here seems the place for it. Were any alts added to/removed from the alt lists in the v2 thread? Because Maximals really could have done with better images for some alts.

I'm mostly thinking for the predatory dinosaurs, which are a bit lacking compared to the alts some of the other factions get. I'm sure you'll hear if others have any complaints/comments.

the cons got screwed for chopper alts....

the registry tries to display an alt mode image even if you haven't chosen an almot yet

The seeker for my name sake isnt working, think its one of the original ones.

Also we're missing the shockwave gun alt mode .... remember a kitten an hour dies till you put this back Mkall. I've killed 3 so far, thats a pair of gloves. Keep this up and i'll have enough for a new coat by tomorrow morning :P

Any chance of choppers with avoid instated of strafe?
Actually the question I came here to ask was is there any chance of the colour selector being restored? at the moment all we've got is a load of radio buttons, you have to find the colour you want through a mix of pot luck and trial and error at the moment.

The Maximal rat alt is currently a Ferocious Land Animal, which seems a mistake. http://www.seibertron.com/heavymetalwar ... B247&tmb=0

Also, I echo the person before who was asking for some more predatory dinosaurs for the Maximals, I can't see Grimlock being either a strafer or repairer, yet that's what our two t-rex-looking alts have. Maybe something in the Predator class?

Slifer the Sky Dragon's ( Image ) listed as a Noble Land animal.

Also, the Starfish's ( Image ) been missclassified as a helpful land animal IIRC, when it's an aquatic creature.

Not sure if those were intentional or not.
