BBTS has updated their site with the news that they're expecting their shipment of the Shadow Commander armor tomorrow (Dec. 30). That means that, barring delays similar to the City Commander set, some folks up north could have theirs by the end of the week.

Please note that it is an ESTIMATED arrival date. That does NOT mean that the item will arrive tomorrow. They only put in dates that their supplies provide them with. It's NOT BBTS' fault when products do not arrive by the estimated dates.
