Historically due to the size of the UK market and the retail environment, Hasbro UK have struggled to release waves concurrently with the US. We appreciate this is frustrating and disappointing for UK collectors.
We are working hard with our distribution team and retailers to overcome the many challenges and improve the UK wave availability. We value our UK collector market tremendously and hope the recent availability of Grimlock will reinforce our willingness to make all US lines available in the UK.
We welcome an open and honest dialogue with our collectors and your feedback can and does initiate change. Deluxe Generations remains in 2011 spring line, unfortunately we are unable to confirm wave plans at this time.
Thank you again for taking the time to contact us and for supporting the Transformers range.
Kind regards,
Donna

I have heard many rumors and speculations about a possible cancellation of the transformers generations line in the uk, some of which have included apparent emails from hasbro your selves. Please shed the light on this subject, as there are many, including myself, anxious transformer fans in the UK hoping that these rumors are just that.
Please give us all the final information on this subject
No reply yet, will update when they do.
You'll probably get the same email from Donna that we got but thanks for sending it. If several other people send them emails on this subject maybe they'll realise we aren't happy about the way they treat us. Honestly, if they were dealing crack instead of plastic crack we'd have been insulting their lineage and threatening their loved ones by now.
Oh yes. It was ME! All Hail Mykltron! Everyone else: please email them! Call you local shops and get them to enquire as well. Together we can make a difference

Re: Generations: Bad news for the UK.
I've been fighting this fight since TF-Armada when I was trying to source stuff for my lad. More recently Hasbro UK have shown themselves to be full of potential, but ultimatley just hot air.
Look at the amazing UK Exclusive WFC Starscream they gave us, only to not bloody advertise it anywhere
I have just sourced all 4 of the Wave two & three Generations figs from Toyz & Gamez, Megs, Straxus, Red Alert & S/Wave. £60 delivered. Anticipating paying £13 for a deluxe in the UK and considering that I have saved time and fuel, I reckon I'm quids-in. They were on US cards too.
Red Leader from Kapow toys has seen H'UK's "phasing" plans for the UK, it looks like we're not getting anything past Wave 2 for the time being.
I want to play ball with you Hasbro UK, I really do, but you keep dropping it. Spectacularly.

Well, you wouldn't know it, but I've been here for years...there used to be an "Official Disgruntled Brits" thread all about how bad Hasbro UK is (Mykltron's avatar is a remaining vestige of that). It's nice to see some headway being made towards resolving this issue. Even if it is only that they do pay attention to what collectors say, at least that's something.

I think it was the name of the UK sightings thread, but before that it was actually a thread for all the UK members to vent their frustration.

I think we should have our own forum.

I've just ordered a bunch of stuff from kapow. Two figures were above RRP but the other five were cheaper. With free shipping I'm paying £93 for £110 of gear. Win!

It would be a pretty crappy site - LOOK AT ALL THE AMAZING FIGURES EVERYONE ELSE IS GETTING!
Actually, I should stop bitching for a while as I just saved £17 by buying from Kapow.
