I didn't see another thread for this anywhere so I decided to start one. I've noticed quite a few new members appearing on the site lately and wanted to take a quick moment to say hello to everyone who has recently joined us.

So, if any of you out there fit into this category, why don't you take a quick minute to introduce yourselves?

I think it would be a good idea to sticky this. Or put it in the Movie Forum, since it seems all the n00bs go there.

I'll throw my hat in the ring for this getting a sticky.

It'd be nice to have a "beginner's thread". It seems a lot of people show up with the standard starter questions and refreshers since they haven't seen or thought about Transformers since the late '80s. Nothing wrong with the questions, but to have them all in a place as a "Transformers crash-course and overview" might be helpful for all.

I'm new here( sorta since I lost my old account).I'm Cxplorer and i'm from Quebec,Canada. I was a big fan of the transformers when I was a kid. I have the first transformers movie on dvd and I saw last night the sequel. They did a great job on the sequel.I was really impressed.

I just hope that the third one will get better and not worse.

I'm just glad that they are making these movies and more and more people are coming into the fandom.

I had someone at work today who hasn't seen either movie yet ask me to borrow my DVD of the first one.

Welcome! I am also from PA but the opposite end, they seem night and day different sometimes.

One of my best friends on the site, Geekee1 lives out your way though.

Greetings, Seibertronists! A new member here. Frequent visitor to the site, but just joined for real

Enjoyed G1 cartoons and toys in my childhood, and the new movies kicked my interest back into the series.

I suppose I'm just a casual fan though :lol:

since I noticed that I'm not as hardcore as most TF fans out there, G1 enthusiasts and all.

The first thing I did when I joined was to look for the newbies forum, but haven't seen it until now!

Hello everyone, I just joined the forum. Visited the site for several years, finally decided to participate.

I got into Transformers as a child in the later part of the Generation 1 era, fell out of it, then got my interest back once Beast Wars was released. Been hooked since.
