I know there should be a very obvious answer to my upcoming question, but does Hasbro really want to sell these?

It might not be an obvious answer at all. It might be a poor choice for Hasbro, but it might make sense it it is a Takara release, or something set for a special event instead of a general release.

For Hasbro's sake I will hope for something along those lines. However, if Hasbro want to sell that in America as-is, then it won't fly. If it makes sense for Takara though, then I see your point.

Hideously bright for no apparent reason, both for Barricade and Bumblebee.

And I'm I the only one to think that with a new head, these colors on the Barricade mold would have strangely worked for Movie Prowl...?

I have to say that after first wanting to spork out my eyes at Barricade's coloration, he's...actually, if you give it a while...kinda...cute? *is bricked to death*

The Starscream 'repaint' (is that even a repaint?) looks to me honestly more like an attempt to sell more of the even fuglier Twin he's packaged with. As much as I am a whore for that jet? Hasbro: no. You will not bamboozle me into buying Skids or Mudflap, and especially not for what's not even really a redeco!

HK, strangely tempted to repaint one of my 'cades to Highway Patrol. Why? Because it couldn't be any tackier!

In keeping with the HFTD Bumblebee repaint, these too are just plain awful.

I kinda like Barricade's exotic paint scheme but I don't like the mold enough to buy it again.

Barricade is ugly as sin, but damn do I want him. He's so silly looking. Now all he needs is the dinky WEE-WOO-WEE-WOO siren and he'll be complete.

I want that Barricade very much. I can't put my finger on way, but it's really uniquely cool.
