It's going to be included with an Optimus figure that is going to be in his own price class. My guess is the figure will be Leader size. There haven't been any pictures of that one yet.
I think the Voyager figure isn't trying to replicate the combined look. I'm think its probably compromised so that the figure could possibly combine with a trailer that is yet to be released.

Like I am thinking, the trailer for Voyager OP might be revealed later; Which would combine with OP, cuz the legs seem too bulky for a voyager figure IMO...

1. There will be an Optimus Prime that will be in his own class. He will be the new Ultimate class figure. They have brought Ultimate Bumblebee down to a Leader Class and Leader Prime up to Ultimate, so they basically switched spots. He will probably be Leader size without the trailer but combined, my guess would say he'll be Battle Ops Bumblebee size or a little bigger.
2. I hope that Voyager class theory is right. But supposedly, Takara may release the Voyager class with the trailer but Hasbro won't.
