I'll get Shockwave and repaint him to look like how I had him in WFC.

The more I see of bruticus the less appealing he is. Not sure if it's just bad transformation/combinations or what, but it looks so lackluster, not to mention, lopsided. Will probably buy them just in case of 3rd party upgrades. Jazz and Shockwave look amazing, hopefully some things are fixed though. Prime looks uh.. too bulky? I remember the devs of the game talking about how prime got beefier during development but it's a bit too much in toy form. It's a cybertronian form, should be slick and agile or sharp and menacing, he just looks boxy and fat.

shockwave is awesome, jazz is cool, prime is terrible and the combaticos alone arent bad but bruticus is garbage. Please dont be $15 each be the normal $10 like deluxes are suppose to be.

Hmm. Jazz and Shockwave are definite buys. Maybe Prime, but I do think the WFC mold is better.

I like the design for Bruticus, but what is up with those colors? He looks very G2. I wonder if these are just test shot colors or something. The wheels on his shoulders are the same blue as the rest of Onslaught.

Keep in mind, Bruticus might be an unfinished prototype, hence the colors.

This is Sabrblade we're talking about. His ability to store trivial information about TV shows is downright superhuman.

Jazz: Definite buy for me. I loved WFC and Jazz has always been a personal favorite of mine. Also the figure does look really good, very accurate to the game model. The only bit that really bugs me is the fake wheels, I mean, there was really no way to avoid that? Might just be that I'm still miffed over the eight-wheeled weaponizer Prime Bumblebee. I do wish the game model was a little more G1 though, specifically the wheels being on his shoulders instead of his forearms and something about the head seems off to me.

Shockwave: Hands down must buy. Best of the FoC we've seen so far I think. I especially like the apparent integration of his weapon into his alt mode. The only thing that worries me are the legs, they look a bit flimsy compared to his upper body, much like WfC Bumblebee. Also has anyone else noticed Has/Tak cutting back on the poseablity again, specifically in the wrists and feet?

Optimus Prime: Like many I prefer the WfC model to this new, bulkier, boxier version. It seems like they're pushing the "big and totally a truck" a little too much. Also the transformation looks to be abusively simple, as opposed to the WfC toy's interesting complexities (I love the little moving bits for the shoulders). Really on the fence for this one. Oh, and the gun looks stupid.

Bruticus: The Combaticons look pretty good on their own, and I will likely get them for that reason alone. Though Hasbro deciding on a good color scheme would really help. As for the combined form... it looks pretty bad to me. The biggest problems seem to be Onslaught's lack of mass and pair of horribly designed arms. The awkwardly spaced shoulder connections combined with the outright weirdly long and joined arms basically ensure that I will never have this set combined. The lack of a proper chest plate/crest and how outright hollow Onslaught's combiner form looks from behind certainly don't help the situation.

As a side note I hope that if these figures are indeed of the new, smaller 'Deluxe' scale, the difference is negligible enough so as not to cause issues displaying these alongside my WfC figures. I suppose at least it can't be worse that WfC Bumbleebee vs Optimus Prime. :P

I must admit I was hoping for a G2 Bruticus repaint down the road, but this ain't it. Wow, was a black light hidden somewhere overhead? 8-} The colors from the magazine images were better. Did Hasbro say anything about these colors and what will be the final color scheme? Anyway, I hope Bruticus can be positioned and posed better in hand. Definite purchase, whatever color it may be.

Jazz isn't as good as I was hoping, but it still looks great. I hope that bright white makes it to the final product. Definite purchase.

Shockwave. Nice. Skinny legs aside, definite purchase.

Optimus Prime...unless there is a removable Matrix in that chest, definite pass. WFC version is much better.

Okay so SW gun will be interchangeable between arms or not? It would be great to have his cannon on the correct arm just like his G1 fig. Unless the idea was based on DOTM SW then oh well, but other than that he looks awesome! :VEHI:

From what I've deducted by letting a team of monkeys research the pictures we've obtained from Seibertron, I'd think his gun is interchangeable. Another clue to this is the fact that a couple screenshots we've received show him with two hands instead of one hand an a Death-Star-of-a-hand-cannon-that-reminds-me-of-a-Scatter-Blaster-from-WFC.
