Dude, what are you talking about? The sharper teeth and claws, the tray of drinks, the apron, the computron helmet, and the bow tie - those are COMPLETELY WORTH AN EXTRA $100! (or whatever the extra cost was, I can't remember).

It's too bad the only accessory half-way worth a damn came with the cheaper US version...

ooh, if that Prime comes to the UK I will be 'aving 'im. $100 probably = £100 but it's still an okay price for that lot. Dinky wee Spike, Roller and the trailer are all cool.

So worth it. Off the top of my head I can point out that:
-Includes all of the accessories as the Takara Release
-It is RED
-It has light blue eyes
-Long Smokestacks
-CHROMED (NOT SILVER PAINT)
-Basically all the same paint (the trailers has a little less, and the figure has yellow lights painted on his chest)
-Its $100 instead of $250!!!!!!!!!!!
-Blue is more cartoon accurate
-Roller is more toy accurate
-IT'S AWESOME!!!
