We get our first look at the Transformers Prime Season 3 "Beast Hunters" logo and a new Leader Class Transformers Prime figure with a beast alt mode. Looks kinda cool, but I was hoping for something that looked a lot more 'Beast Wars' and a lot less 'Beast Machines' or 'Cybertron'.

Interesting..... I admit I'm a little apprehensive about returning to animal themed alt-modes, but hopefully Hasbro and Takara have learnt quite a bit in the last nearly two decades.

After getting Dreadwing, Knockout and Airachnid I am pretty underwhelmed with Prime toys. I'm interested but not hopeful. Fingers crossed this resembles something other than a pile of orange and black parts on release.

Predaking. They will not confirm his pricepoint but it is above Voyager (no kidding, he's a very big boy). Cryptic hints that could imply multiple pricepoint versions (makes sense, everyone else got that).

Just an FYI, but Thylacine is attending the NYCC event on behalf of TFWiki.net, and got us that promo video! So he is not making things up or having pants that are on fire.

His faction = Predacons. There will be many more Predacon toys than Star Seekers. The latter group was invented in the books and there is "no strong driving force" to really explore them in toyline. Predawn faction will be a big deal with big merch push. Predaking himself pretty much confirmed at multiple sizes / pricepoints.

um, ok? and why could we not get a leader of megatron for almost 2 years? oh yea thats right bumble bee is taking his spot. I'm in to beast hunters as long as i get a damned insecticon toy, oh and i know how unlikely it is but a better arachnid toy.
