Not a big fan of SG but I like this set. The first thing my eyes were drawn to when they showed the plastic tray were those white Soundwave blasters. Happy I preordered.

Are you kidding? Those are beautiful repaints! The colors are fantastic... especially love Blaster and the dark cassettes. Slugfest and Ratbat and Ramhorn look stellar!
So glad they decided to make this set. May be a little odd mixing G1 and Classics on the shelf, but in a pinch... I'll take it. Wouldn't mind an SG set with the FOC versions of SW and Blaster as well to get some articulated versions. Those are essentially the Classics versions of the characters, for all intents and purposes — since there's not a good way to release a boombox for 2013. I think it's a good problem solving way to deliver those characters, cassettes and Grimlock so we can have new versions of them.
But I digress. Set looks great, and has loads of cassettes. I only hope they finish the batch with the last couple — Overkill and... um, who else are we still missing? SG Buzzsaw and Laserbeak, plus one other Autobot cassette....
