Too bad they couldn't make the Sky Claw's two modes more different. I think it would have been a lot cooler if, instead of switching to a "battle mode", it transformed into a boat or a submarine, which could be done just as easily with just a few moving parts.

I remember reading somewhere on another TF forum board that the government took possession of Dreadwing's ship, which (as we've been discussing) is what the Sky Claw highly resembles. So, if the Sky Claw were to be in the show, we could reason that the Autobots will use it as their base/ship similarly to how the Decepticons use(d) the Nemesis. Surely the Jackhammer wouldn't be able to fit more than two or three 'bots and there are seven (eight with Ultra Magnus) Autobots on Team Prime. Then, we don't know about the space within the interior of Dreadwing's ship.
