Makes me wonder what molds they'll use for Starscream and Optimus.

That's if they do those two, that is. Not every old MW figure will get an update, and Strika shows that they're looking to do new characters as well.

I really hope some version of this makes it to retail. Strika was the best thing about Beast Machines and one of the only good things from Animated, and she needs more than just the Universe Nemesis Strika that adorns my shelf right now.

Those things are okay, but that's about it. They seem like a step (or five) backwards to me after years of collecting toys that transform from a robot (like those things) to a vehicle of some kind

Damn, this is the first botcon exclusive i've really wanted since the g2 redux box set.

I really hope some version of this makes it to retail.

I really hope this is true in some way, shape or form, even if it's a completely separate figure that's the retail Strika.

Actually, I'll save up the money and wait for all the reveal b4 I make that decision.
