Two layers of kibble just hanging off the back of his arms. And I just don't think the bot mode looks very good. Anyone else feeling that way?
Yes and no. I am happy I'm not alone on my thoughts for this figure
I don't understand how this is any better in terms of portraying smokescreen. Neither does the job really. AM Smokescreen is missing the door wings, and the shoulder armour, and is marred simply by being a re-tool. This one is a giant cheat, with the entire car hood hanging off his arms-if anyone can see that on the cgi model do put me straight
I do however think it looks a decent figure, nice car bot, and if I see it in stores I will buy it. Just not Smokescreen, and still not deserved of it's praise I think. A show accurate smokescreen without this level of cheat and kibble is possible, so why herald something that hasn't tried? I'm not that fussed, I'm not getting nerd ragey myself over either, I just don't know why everyone who wanted 'a perfect Smokescreen' seems happy to say this is it
