I would imagine that the average TF production is in the 10,000's-100,000. The target audience are kids and young adults in Japan, Australia, NZ, SE Asia, Europe, N. America, and UK, which I would gauge around 30,000,000 people.
10,000 is not super rare. There are some limited figures that were limited to 1000.

That's good to know, and they are cheaper than BBTS, but before everyone starts scrambling because it's only 10,000. I just wanna say that the black Energon Unicron was limited to only 3000 and I got not one but two on clearance no less!
So please, play the numbers game to get us to buy sooner, but just keep in mind, with the second part of that post, everything gets reissued eventualy.

Are these supposed to be G1-ish toys or Movie toys?
Megatron looks extremely G1, the Prime ,however, is hard to see clearly. It also looks G1-ish.
