I missed Classic's Starscream when he first came out, despite seeing him everywhere(and I didn't have a job then). Then his price sky-rockets on E-Bay and such cause the movie was such a hit(or so I assume). So I have my brother order me the Henkei version cause it was on sale last week, and now I find out their reissuing him....

BLAST!!! Oh well, it was only a few dollars more. Hope everyone that missed out on him the first time will have another chance to score him this time. I really don't see a reason for something cool to be expensive anyhow. As for the rest of the stuff....

A Scourge repaint? Depends on how much cash I have when he comes out. I wouldn't mind owning all the dragon molds someday, and I never got him when he was out, so I might get him. Vector Prime? Hmm, I kinda wanted him too, same boat as Bruticus.

Hound, Cyclonus, Beachcomer, Brawn, ah yeah!!

I wonder if we will see a Thrust from the Voyager SS mold? Although given how red he was, I'm not sure how they'd do a Thrust colour scheme.

And Hound looks awesome. Only minor niggle is it looks like he doesn't have a handgun.

I was looking at those pictures with my son and he was excited for both the Starscream and the Vector Prime. I own the original classics mold and I'll get this one too. Let's just hope the final product will end up as crisp.

I really like the Black and Gold Scheme to Vector Prime, excellent mold and leagues better than the GF repaint they did.

It's very rare for me to like a repaint

It's starting again!

I really like that Starscream, and that Last Autobot, hell the only ones that don't appeal to me are that Bruticus (will I ever have that combiner?), the TFA legends and the Robot heroes.

Bruticus is actually an homage to RID Bruticus, a Deluxe figure with a Dragon-like alt-mode, not the G1 combiner. It looks nice, but I'm happy with with my GF Flame Convoy/Cryo Scourge figures. I like the mold, but this one will be low on the priority list next year.

I'm very happy about the Minibots, Hound/Ravage, Cyclonus/Nightstick, Inferno, and Vector Prime. Hound especially looks great with his updated alt. mode. The new Animated figs look good, too. I'll also be picking up the G1 Robot Heroes.

Hasbro, please, give us Wheeljack and Trailbreaker. Retool the Prowl mold into Jazz and Smokescreen. Give us Red Alert from Sideswipe. Please. Just...please. Let's see Sunstorm and Ghost Starscream, maybe in the form of exclusives. Oh, and I want some Diaclone repaints(Police Sunstreaker!!).

I'm not asking anymore. Just do it...

RiD Bruticus was a "lost" Beast Machines mold, he was to be released under the name "Cerberus", which is what he was. For the non-mythologists, Cerberus was a three-headed dog that guarded the entrance to the Greek Underworld called Hades.

I'm defintely getting him, both my wife and I love dragons. I don't care if I already have GF Flame Convoy and C-Cryo Scourge

I think Jazz deserves his own mold but I agree on Smokescreen and Red Alert and I'm somewhat suprised they've not been announced already.

I always just end up getting the ones I see when I have the money for them. :lol:

But the ones that interest me most and why:

Cheetor- Never got a Cheetor mold as a kid, it would be nice to have one.

Cyclonus- Well if I never got a Beast Wars mold as a KID, I probably don't have any G1 molds right?

Swindle- I liked the character and the mold is awesome.

Bruticus- Never got the Cybertron mold and I like how they made a nice homage.

I gotta say I like what 'm seeing. Most of these repaints are pretty good.

Definitely Getting Cyclonus
Infernus actually looks fairly nice.

Since I missed Cyb Scourge I might pick up Bruticus if I find him.

Starscream is also a welcomed Repaint.

Cheetor, Might just pick him up, to put him next to my original Cheetor, and see the advancements in design.

Vector look amazing, wonder if his sword is still made of that soft rubbery plastic. Or if they decided to give him a properly solid sword.

The new mould Cheetor does not.

Dear Hasbro:

Jazz needs his own Universe Deluxe mold. Then re-tool a head for it and give us Brakedown.
Please do the same thing for Red Alert so you can make a Deadend fig. as well.
Because you love repaints, go ahead and re-tool a head for the Sunstreaker mold so we can have Wildrider too.
And since it's obvious that you like the Classics Mirage mold, why not re-tool one more head for Dragstrip and make it an even 4 Stunticons.

If we could get all of these before you repaint Inferno into Grapple, that would be great.
And the new Scourge fig., well, if we can have that before ROTF is released, that would be swell too.
We can wait for the new Dinobots and Insecticons until fall 2009.

It all started in the 1986 movie. Snarl just couldn't be bothered to turn up for filming most days so he got fired after a few appearances in Season 3. He's been out of work ever since.

I also love the mold and the only versions i broke down and bought were the hasbro gf, and botcon alpha. This version will be a great replacement for gf as the coloring on it is very bland imo.

Its a shame that he will inevitably get stuck with that same bendy sword that i have to rotate every couple days to keep a decent shape...

To me Cyclonus easily looks like the best of the bunch. Still, I'm sure I'll end up with others...

Of the Animated, Shockwave is probably the only must have for me.

I will need Cheetor to go with my other 12 different versions of him. I think he actually looks pretty decent, his arms are obviously mis-transformed and that's the only bad part of the figure for me.

Hound is decent, but mostly I'll want him for Ravage. Although Inferno looks good I may or pass on him. He's just not a character I feel I need another version of.

I've got Vector Prime, GF Vector Prime and Alpha Trion, I don't know if I need another repaint of that mold...

On the other hand, Bruticus maybe worth getting, just because I love that dragon mold. If they're going to go crazy on the repaints, why not give us this Beast Wars Megatron from RID Megatron:

The genius behind the VP repaint should be thanked. That's a homage to... let's just see... "The Last Autobot", and for others who haven't picked up VP about 2 years ago, this is a blessing. With the addition of half of the seekers being Botcon exclusives, this repaint is a blessing. Sure Acid Storm brought me the mold, but it's not the same thing. This Starscream repaint is the biggest blessing of them all. We get a more accurate cartoon version of Starscream, and all you can say is complain about it? What the hell is wrong with you?

Thank you so much for saying the part about SS, for whatever reason a lot of people have been complaining about it. The same thing happened to me cause I missed his initial wave release. I am so sorry that I paid for one on Ebay (not a henkei one). I am going to get this one anyway but I wonder should I sell my first one?

Do you think they may ever re-release the Botcon seekers like they are with this SS? Ya know like if Takara releases them as Henkei and Hasbro re-releases them without the chrome? Too far fetched or too much potential collector back lash?
