January 6th will see the release of the 2nd season of TF ANIMATED.
But, on the same day, in response to many fans who see the 'movie' and 1st season all as one big season, we will also be treated to the release of a two-pack, or duo-pack, that includes the movie, "Transform And Rollout!", and the Season 1 set of episodes.

I was under the impression that the Transform and Rollout DVD was just the first couple episodes from the first season? That DVD has completely new and different content than the Season 1 DVD? What about the DVD that came with the Optimus Prime vs Megatron box?

Transformer And Rollout- 1st 3 episodes...mini movie
Season 1- All the other season episodes, up to 13, I think, but does not include the first 3 ep, mini-movie.
TwoPack DVD- Is the first episode of the mini-movie only I believe. A teaser.

Nope. It's "Transform and Roll Out" and Season 1 packaged together, with no new extras. In other words, it's the two already released DVD sets, so if you already own them, there's no need for you to buy them again.
