This made my day. These guys look so much like win...it wins. I would like to see a bit more of S3. Right now!
I think Wheeljack should be voiced by John DiMaggio (Bender from Futurama) and Perceptor could be voiced by Tom Kane (Professor Utonium from Power Puff Girls, among other roles that slip my mind right now). Those would be the perfect voice matches for them, unless of course they can get Paul Eiding back.

I like everything about Wheeljack. From his manly beard to his multiple sets of belt pouches. Best animated design ever. I hope his ears still light up when he talks!
Perceptor though, I could take it or leave it. I feel he is just overshadowed by the sheer awesomeness of Wheeljack.
