New images have appeared over at ACToys.net of the possible bagged attendee figure for the Botcon 2009 Wings of Honor set. The figure appears to be a Classics Universe Elita-1 figure, a repaint of Cybertron Thunderblast.

Yeah, Elita-1 had a brief roll in the Botcon 07 comic. She infiltrated the Decepticon base and actually had it out with Ravage. She won of course. But this figure is based off of that character in the Games of Deceptions comic.

The problem, of course, is that the Attendee Fre Figures (if that IS what this will be) are generall the most expensive on the aftermarket, as I understand it...and there comes a pricepoint I just don't quite feel like passing on a deluxe sized toy...

Plus, at the moment, I am fairly broke (which, admittedly, happens to everyone from time to time) and BotCon is coming on fast.

Brief...completely unnecessary...I suppose it depends on how you look at it.

Editorial perspective only, her 2-4 pages (whatever it was) did not advance the story at all.

(I still want the figure mind you, but those were wasted pages in the comic...)

Yeah, I think this is kind of a waste. If this keeps up and we do start getting all these exclusives for figures that barely figure into an over all story, maybe we will get a Headmaster Sunstreaker from the "-tion" comics. I know HM SS was a large part of the story (or most of it...) but talk about an unnecessary figure.....
