The-Arker has found images of ROTF Leader class Optimus Prime and Megatron in package. However this package includes a bonus deluxe figure, Autobot Camshaft, a figure released at the tail end of the first movie line. It doesn't look like this will be a randomly packed bonus figure, since he has his own image on the back of the respective leader class figure's boxes.

Time will tell where these two figures will see release.

see now I was about to get excited.. I was about say, F-NO!!! they put Megs and Optimus in one box, and include a figure seldom sought after, but all 3 in one box??

but then I clicked on the story and was totally disappointed..

I like Camshaft, but his inclusion here was totally random.

They could have added a GI Joe figure (for cross promotion) and it would have made more sense.

They're copying a page out of Armada packaging, however with both leaders coming with the same deluxe, this is close to being an epitome of Fail.

If they were going to do this then they should have made Megatron come with Swindle instead. Could have also done it with improved paint applications, but really these don't offer anything.

This just makes no sense what so ever..... Why give a Autobot withe Megatron? When i see stuff like this it makes me want to kick something cute and cuddly..

Did anyone else notice the red bit on top of Prime's shoulder? Pretty sure they're all silver/chrome on the final version of the toy, not red like the one shown in this new picture or the one used for the photography on the boxes.

I lold at that. The amount of creases on both boxes made these seem like they were on the shelf quite some time.

Are you planning on getting Buster Optimus Prime? You get a premium level repaint(if not better) and its fuel tanks turn into a blaster. Unless Hasbro's premium release gets a similar extra, Buster OP may be better overall. Well, aside from the head sculpt having no faceplate.

Since Hasbro likes to include battle damage on the figures. They're trying a new approach. Battle Damaged Boxes.

Well that makes it a little more worth the money for Megs for me, I wouldn't mind having camshaft(although I'd prefer Swindle). It's pretty stupid to put him with both though. Maybe they'll be a different figure with Jetfire

I'm probably alone in this, but...cool! I love this. This is great. Now I can get another bot from the Mars Strike Team on Reign of Starscream. I have Deluxe Movie 1 Cliffjumper and Basic Air Raid. Now, I need an Arcee (Movie 1 or 2, I don't care), Smokescreen (Deluxe from ROTF), and this Camshaft. My Target has several Smokescreens, but it hasn't got Deluxe Arcee or Human Alliance Skids yet.

I also need Leader Optimus and Megatron. So, I'm thinking I'll wait on Megatron, go ahead and get Optimus, and get Megs when I find this. Hopefully it's a lot like the Cybertron line, where Voyager Evac came with Mini-Cons for less than the price of a Voyager.

There also seems to be some new gold paint on the chest as well. Look at the tab which activates the sound chip - there's definitely been a bit of re-jig with the paint scheme.
