Or have I not been paying close attention?

In this mission, Driftwood was down to one percent and got out of Dodge (cowardly Autobot).

Any thoughts?

Mission timed out, happens sometimes. It's designed to relieve server strain on account of how long fights between Avoiders can last. Victory goes to whichever side inflicted the most damage, so its possible for the side in better shape to lose.

But I thought missions timed out in 10 minutes, not 4 and change.

It was changed to be based on the number of (succesfull?) hits
