Carbombya still locked?

I just noticed that the Carbombya forum seems to be unlocked. Is it just me, or is it a mistake?

Still seems locked to me.

It was always going to be left there so people could complete transactions but would be removed eventually.

Yeah, Ryan is doing some programming stuff right now. You can see that the forum is still locked (try starting a new thread or quoting some one, you can't). It's just that a glitch is saying that the forum is not locked, even though it really is.
