Japanese Hobby Search has just posted the official images of the Transformers Disney Label Donald Duck. This is the first time that we seen the clear colour images of Donald Duck in both robot and alternate modes.
The toy is scheduled to be released in the middle of December 2009.

I've always been a big fan of The Duck. This one definitely beats the Mickey one, especially since the robot mode doesn't seem to be as heavily based into a TF character.

Wooo.. I pre-ordered this already. Can't wait for it to arrive, I think the colors looks weird though but I bet its gonna be as as nice like Mickey, the pictures just never do the toys justice.

Looks a lot better than Mickey, I'd say (although if you have one, you just know you will need the other). Coloring looks like every color has been carefully painted by hand on a prototype, but I'm no expert in these things. It makes me think, though, that the eventual colors will differ slightly from these.

Disney Now owns Marvel Entertainment..
So now they Own Spiderman, and all other Marvel signature characters..
Now they are worming their way into the transformers..
They Own ABC tv network...
Before long Disney will rule the U.S.
Then the World!!!
I am going to wake up one morning and have to sport Mouse-ears for fear of being whipped into submission by a Disney employee dressed like Hook from Peter Pan!! God Help us All!!!

I was actually thinking the same thing...Marvel already does business with Hasbro...though that may be a good thing since if Disney DID buy Hasbro I probably wouldnt have to worry about another Michael Bay (IMO at least!) crapfest...

Look at those colors. It's like they couldn't decide if they wanted his alt mode to be Bumblebee or Herbie so they said, "Screw it! Let's make the top half Herbie and the bottom Bumblebee". And the kibble! My God the kibble! Can the poor guy even move? I guess that's why he's got the skateboard/surfboard. He's like one of those really obese people that are so fat they can't even walk. So they have to drive around in a little scooter. And did anyone notice he's got horns? So he's horny? Poor guy probably "quack-off" with all that kibble. Does he even have hands under there? Oh, Donald.

I have no intention of buying this or the Mickey Mouse Transformer but I do like the look of the toy. I could imagine buying this for my nieces if there were a little older as they're into Transformers and Disney big time. I also do prefer the Herbie colour scheme.
I know some adamant objectors to these crossover products may find this offensive to say about a Transformer but I find the Disney products cute. Things can be worse for a Transformers toy line...that's all I say.

I still have to drop $60 on this because my girlfriend wants it so bad. Oh well, it'll make her happy so that's cool. It'll just stay in robot mode...
