GenZhao of KOToys.com has gotten his hands on a newly revealed Scout class figure, Revenge of the Fallen Scattorshot. He has no relation with a Generation one character of the same name, although he does share similarities with a Cybertron character with the same name. For a Scout, Scattorshot looks to have decent articulation, and an arsenal of blasters. Check him out in the pictures below.

Alt-mode nearly reminds me of Energon Rodimus. Mostly due to the front scoop.

I think that this mold reminds me of Transformers Animated Sentinel Prime. He was also a blue truck with a scoop on the front. I really get a kick out of a blue truck that transforms into a mostly light grey robot...very cool.
(On a side note I have to say that I was super dissapointed about the ROTF commentary track, they don't mention soundwave, sideswipe or jolt even once. Nothing about character choice, or Frank Welker. It seems like the whole track was about stunt coordinating and military information. Too bad. I kinda hoped to get a little insight or explanation on some of the creative choices the movie took with the already well established characters and mythos.Maybe someday there will be a transformers movie made by people who actually care about transformers more than fart jokes and trashy girls. lol stepping off my soapbox now, sorry guys )

The name makes me think of Scattershot, Technobot Leader from G1.

good looking figure e head is ok needs littel more color in the face but the only compalint i find is the white plastic i perfer grey or black plascick not white.

white plastic just stands out to much doesnt blend in to well

Oh man, that light grey plastic looks terrible, totally ruined it! He looked way better in the promo pics. Unless it's bad lighting and it turns out better I'm going to have to pass... too bad, I was looking forward to this guy.

His head sort of looks like old-school Man-at-Arms with the respirator thingy and dome head. I like him. I just don't like the gray too much.

yea white plastic is a bummer but those often turn out to be fun for repaint projects...actually scouts in general are fun to repaint I think

Anywho.

It looks as though that maybe the kibble hangin from his feet like a Christmas bell on an elf's shoe can be folded up and connected to his shin. I also think he looks more like a Huffer than a Scattershot.
