We do not know if this is a powered up version of him or not. But he's not a decepticon or an evil autobot. He's just a powered up Convoy. Like the alternity one, or the masterpiece(i think wonderfest black convoys were autobot versions as well.)
And he's only going for $180 right now....this may be the version of this mold that I finally cave on.

I didn't see anywhere that the 300 unit run was expanded. Did I miss that somewhere?
