* Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in consumer packaged goods marketing, preferably supporting a global brand.
* Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field.
* MBA preferred.
* Functional experience and/or knowledge will include:
o Expertise at implementation of a fully integrated marketing program.
o International experience and global perspective.
Critical Skills:
* Strong project management abilities; capable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously, under tight time constraints and within budget parameters.
* Expertise in transforming a strategy and vision into actionable plans.
* Expertise in developing world class, leading edge media, licensing, advertising and promotions campaigns.
* Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
* Well developed, verbal, written and presentation skills.

It's sickening and pathetic to keep seeing what is warming our shelves over here in contrast to what the USA and Japan are getting and have been getting for years.

Yeah, sorry, I certainly didn't mean to leave any other countries or continents out intentionally. Man, that REALLY sucks... Anyway, like MightyMagnus78 already's mentioned, the people they choose for these kinds of jobs usually don't have a clue as to what they're actually marketing and have even less heart for their products or their customers wishes.
