Cybertron.ca member Pascal reports finding both Windcharger and Chopsaw at Zellers in Quebec. They should be showing up within the US and the rest of Canada within a few weeks, so keep your eyes peeled, especially with after Christmas restocking.

Awesome news! That's the only figure I forgot to pre order at BBTS before it sold out, so I'll have to hunt for it too when it's released in the states.
