The extra weapons are part of the gimmick of the line. They are interchangable and some are transformable and combinable.

u can tell its not complete by 1 the front and other parts and look at the pic on the meg box its not transformed right

He just looks so much like Iron Hides we've seen in the past. I almost wish Michael Bay found a reason to repaint the Trainsformers for the movies so we could at least get some toys that see a bit different.
