1. ELIGIBILITY. The TRANSFORMERS BEAST HUNTERS Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of (and who are physically present in) the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least six (6) years of age and no older than seventeen (17) years of age on the date of entry. The following are also ineligible: employees, their spouses and immediate families (parent, child, sibling, and any of their respective spouses) and household members (whether or not related) of The Cartoon Network, Inc. (“Sponsor”), Hasbro, Inc. (“Prize Provider”), Arch Marketing Solutions (“Administrator”), Time Warner Inc., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, trustees, franchisees, participating vendors, distributors, cable affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and affiliated entities (collectively, including Sponsor, Prize Provider and Administrator, the “Sweepstakes Entities”).

But why is Cartoon Network sponsoring the contest when Transformers: Prime hasn't been running on their network? Seems kind of stupid unless they're picking up the series, which I find highly unlikely considering the Hub is a Hasbro network.
