When I started this project, both kids didn't like it. My daughter even called me "mean to a toy" because I turned Prime to the dark side. Later my son started getting interested but my daughter still ignored the whole thing. Anyway, here it goes.

- First, cut and removed the cab hanging on the back. It is still attachable in his truck mode.
- Then full repaint.
- Donated his gun to some one else, Gave him two KO Ramjet's missiles and customized Gundam Gouf Custom's knife and arm chain gun.

I designed my color scheme based on Energon Nemesis Prime. Later when I saw the dark side Optimus, I was really surprised seeing how close they are. Well, guess he doesn't have too much choice I guess.

Yep. Actually just started one last night. He is gonna be mostly black again and the base figure is RTS Jazz. Now I bet you know who he will be.
