If it weren't for the backpacks, Prime Arcee and Generations Arcee take my cake. They both look really sweet! Even with the backpacks they really do look great.
to me, Windblade is also pretty cool in the Sarah Stone art. She looks like a college girl thrown into government, and that works for me

Strongarm in RiD looks pretty sweet too. The warrior pulls it off slightly but the Legion class does a pretty good job of representing her.
