Steamhammer's Bio

Steamhammer is a brash young Autobot who would have gone on to become the leader of the Treetop Gears...

...Had he not been transported from his home universe to this one.

Steamhammer was surprised when he landed in our universe, and even more so when Treetop Maximus, a bot he had never met in any universe, recognized his face. Treetop Maximus invited him to the Gears' HQ, where Steamhammer learned that in this universe, he had gone on to become Treetop Maximus himself. He was shocked at first, but eventually came to terms with the fact after realizing that the story was far less absurd than his trip to another universe. Steamhammer lives every day of his life longing to be in his home universe. What bothers him most is that he will never be able to return there.

Shortly after his meeting with Treetop Maximus, Steamhammer was confronted by a mysterious non-Cybertronian robot who revealed to him what had happened. Steamhammer listened to the stranger's words, shocked by what he was hearing:

"Your universe has been completely consumed by Unicron, a force of pure evil intent upon consuming the entire multiverse. Knowing your potential for greatness, I saved you before Unicron could take you. You should feel honored... Only three others were saved."

Steamhammer was horrified and attacked the stranger, wishing that he hadn't been saved. Steamhammer's hope of meeting up with his friends was crushed. The strange robot easily overpowered him and left. Soon after, Steamhammer joined the Treetop Gears, vowing to obtain the power and resources necessary to find the stranger and kill him, along with Unicron, the one who took everything from him. He is honing his skills, hoping that he can become more powerful than his two targets.
