About The Children of Blitzwing [RDD]

The Children of Blitzwing have been a mainstay of the Decepticon forces for vorns; shock troops, they rely on speed, delivering power at a point to reap death upon the enemies.

In a previous epoch, Blitzwing, exiled from the Decepticons, too proud to join the enemy, wandered the cosmos. During this time he perfected this use of blade, contracted the cosmic rust, and became a target of the Fallen’s made plans. Weak from disease he took a human scientist captive, she who would become Tammuz, and forced her to cure him. Captivated by captor, she Binary bonded unto him, letting her own immune system fight the infection.

As the years passed she became more and more frail, her body failing, she gradually replaced each of body’s systems, until all that was left was machine. The death of her last organic tissue was as a death sentence for Blitzwing, racked with corruption his spark was now an offering to the Dark God, through which the Fallen and his disciples could artifice his return, through their machinations he could no longer return to Allspark upon his final.

Tammuz, unwilling to let Dark science have this victory created an artefact deep within the sonic wastes. In his final action against the Fallen Blitzwing donates his spark, briefly it is stored and split, giving rise to 13 beings, the Armageddicons, the children of Blitzwing, each one born a target of the Fallen’s disciples; By far Furcalor’s Necronomicons are the most successful of them there one success was the capturing of Blitztalker’s spark. His now still body lives within Blitzwing’s Tomb, a poignant reminder to all the children what fate lies before them should they die at the hands of the Fallen’s forces.

But death is not to be feared, for each child’s spark return’s to the artefact, the spark cube, and the certainty of rebirth as a new being, a new Armageddicon, a new Child of Blitzwing. Many have died; Blitzwei, Swingwing, Blitztorm, Hexwing, Sturmram, Blitzfix, Kaiserwing, Blitzwind, Shieldwing, Ghostwing, Blitzdrei, Hifix, Blitzweld, Strikewing, Sturmwing.

Now, with Cybertron in its weakened state, the children fight with three generations side by side. Tammuz has become a general amongst the armies of Decepticons, respected by her enemies, and prized amongst her allies, her forces are known for the devotion to war, her knowledge is sought and her word is gospel to the masses, though the few allies who would speak against her she values most.
