We are the true ruler of heaven. We can move in every directions. We need no speed to cross the sky. We have tactic and no fear. We shield ourself in the clouds. We hide until our prey is near.

Heli-Cons is the short form for "Helicopter - Decepticons". This elite force was trained and build by the mightiest Heli-Con in cybertronian history. Blackout. The helicopter vehiclemode is not so famous under the Decepticons like the Fighter-Jet-Form, but still there are many Transformers, who joined this Elite Force.
The special abilities of the Heli-Cons are spying, sneaking, hiding, patient waiting and kiling without others noticing. Their pray can't even call for help, before they're sended offline.
The motto of the Force is: "Only the shadow will survive everything."
But they also have a codex, which everyone will follow.
"Spy the enemy at days awake. Sneak through it's safe walls, guided by darkness. Hide in the shadows until the night will come. And wait with patient for the moment to slice. Then when the four servos of death have brought you here and you can see the Energon floating throught the pipes of your prey... . You may take up your weapon for grace of the mark on your plates. So the shine of the spark of your enemy fades away. Forever Blackout!!"
Tearing the codex appart will clear all the thinking.
"Spy the enemy at days awake..." - Every Heli-Con can spy on any enemy he get's signed on, without getting noticed. Even an Autobot should not be able to find the Heli-Con unsless he wants to be found.
"Sneak through it's safe walls, guided by darkness..." - The Heli-Cons are able to infiltrated bases without activating defense-systems and alerts. The shadow is one of their own Force.
"Hide in the shadows until the night will come..." - Heli-Cons special ability is to not get noticed by anyone and never react to anything until the very last moment. Even if it could kill him and even if it takes a very long time.
"And wait with patient for the moment to slice..." - The Heli-Cons will freeze their movements until one of the Team gives the order to attack or the moment is perfect. Until then they won't move, speak, laugh or doing something else.
"Then when the four servos of death have brought you here and you can see the Energon floating throught the pipes of your prey... ." - The four servos of death are the four records before this one in the codex. Now the Heli-Con can sneak up to the prey until it can see the glooming in it's prey's optics.
"You may take up your weapon for grace of the mark on your plates..." - The Heli-Con will now rise his weapon - if it is a gun or sword, a spear or nunchuks, wathever it is - to slay it's prey for the name of Decepticon. For the leader of the violet mark. For Megatron.
"So the shine of the spark of your enemy fades away..." - A Heli-Con never flee's out of a fight. A Heli-Con wfights till death.
"Forever Blackout!!" - Some Heli-Cons think it's the call upon their master, the Decepticon Blackout. But some of them knows that it means, that any Autobot, any Traitor and every None-Decepticon has no right to be. So they have to destroy them all until they are all offline.
