IDW's Create a Cover Winner Announced

With 9 eligible covers to judge, the winner has been decided by a panel of judges consisting of: E.J. Su, Josh Burcham, Chris Mowry, Eric Holmes, Shaun Knowler & Josh van Reyk.
The conditions for the 3rd and final round were thus:
This is it, the be all and end all fight for total control over CYBERTRON! Both OPTIMUS PRIME and MEGATRON play their trump cards, as METROPLEX and TRYPTICON clash head to head in this epic battle. Who will survive? And when all is done, where there be a CYBERTRON left to rule?
This cover is to be a battle between the following Transformers;
AUTOBOTS:
Optimus Prime, Prowl, Jazz, Grimlock*, Ratchet, Blaster, Metroplex.
DECEPTICONS:
Megatron, Starscream*, Soundwave, Shockwave, Sixshot*, Ravage, Trypticon.
*Denotes character that can be featured in mode of your choice. All others should appear in their primary/robot mode.
This battle is set on CYBERTRON.
The winner of the IDW Create a Cover Competition turned out to be Casey Coller, with Ozzy Fernandez in second place, and Tim Shinn rounding out the top 3.

With Evan Gauntt ineligible due to a late entry.

Certainly was a difficult FINAL. I haven't looked at the others yet, but the winner is pretty awesome.

So what becomes of these? Does just the winner become a cover? Does the winner and runners-up art get turned in to posters or printed somehow?

Damn...nice work on all of them. Wish I could draw like that but the right side of my brain is devoted to the musical arts rather than the...uh...artistic arts?

This was a tough entry to do. With all the required characters it's tough for the cover not to look busy. I liked how the 1st place winner's cover has Starscream holding the matrix that's been ripped out of Prime's chest.

You know, it's hard for me to decide weather I like the first place or the second place entry more. Both are very well done. Good job to everyone.

All three are fantastic! Great job to everyone! The first place is awesome! I also liked the third one i love how Jazz looks and there seems to be more interaction with the characters in the battle. Good work!

Those are pretty freaking sweet. Actually much better than I anticipated. There was a lot of junk in the first round, they really found the diamonds in the rough.
