Not so long ago did we see images of the Fallen, depicted under a 'Fire' color scheme. San Diego Comic Con 2009 proved that this repaint of the Voyager Fallen will be a Target Exclusive, and will simply be named The Fallen. GenZhao of KOtoys.com, a.k.a. Ebay seller yayabeee, gives us a gallery of this repaint.
For more images of this 'Fire' Fallen compared with the original Fallen, you can find that here.

The only thing that looks good on this is the head. Looks more like some thing out of bionicle than TF. I still say they stole the alt mode from gobots.
Oh, no! Looks like Beast Wars and Beast Machines all over again!! (I mean the deco and the toy , not the show and comics, those were awesome. Don't be offended)
Thats it... I give up.. Im gonna have to buy 1 of these and paint it my damn self.. The black does redeem it somewhat but that Bright Orange is screaming "PAINT ME"
Really? Bright orange hands and feet? Hell Cheetor could hardly pull that off. The Fallen cannot at all. Jeez this looks Chinese KO ridiculous coloring.
Looks like a classics version of Jhiaxus to me. While it doesn't fit the G2 look, I see it as a pumped up version of the universe incarnation. The body shape resembles IDW's version as well... I don't know, maybe it's just me.
Dammit! They had to go and repaint him with another crappy paint job! They couldn't start wit black or even grey instead of green, and now they have orange! WTH! I am really getting to the point where I hate Hasbro!
Somewhere in the middle of these two paints is probably a good one. However, what we're stuck with it too lousy ones. This figure is just pure fail-too bad too, could have been really cool in painted and proportioned correctly.
Have you guys ever seen a piece of metal that's been heated up real hot, with a torch or whatever? (see Prime's swords) Well it looks very similar to the orange they used here and I think that's what they had in mind. Yes, it could have been done a bit better, with some shading perhaps, but if you think about it this way at least it makes a little more sense. As for the toy itself, well, the movie kinda ruined it regardless of how it looks. Having seven guys that look all about the same as your main villain seriously takes away from him. How would Star Wars have been if there were seven look-alike Darth Vaders?
