"Yes, the BotCon Exclusive, G2 Action Master Breakdown, was produced by both myself and Joe Toscano of custommasters.com.
"Although a full page about the exclusive will be up soon, I will give some quick credits here, they are also listed on the back of the box.
"C. Wallace - Responsible for producing all of the parts to make the figure, new head sculpt, package design, package fabrication, character art, instruction card, and sticker sheet.
"J Toscano - Responsible for assembly of the figures, paint apps, and "factory sticker" application. Joe was also the one responsible for the Action Master concept as the exclusive."
The fact that this is not an officially licensed product nor an official Transformers figure makes one wonder what people are thinking on eBay right now (View Auction).
