29th now .. told you that July 2 date was iffy. They never release movies on a Monday here.

Friday is a bit odd too. Could just be advanced screenings, but Greater Union are calling it the release date so... hurrah!

And yourmovies.com.au where I got the July 2 date from still has it as July 2.

How reliable is that site? The rest of Greater Union's release dates seem pretty spot on.

If you want the movie the same time as Australia then just admit that you're NOT your own nation, but rather just another state/territory of Australia.

We get WWE Smackdown every week before them.
We've had a lot of figures before them.
We had MP Magnus released out here, they never did.
If I recall we even had Energon finished before they did.
